Out-of-stock Items
Refund will be made within 7 working days. All refunds will be made in the form of shop credits.
Defective Items
We sincerely apologize for mailing an item with defects to you. Please email cs@thedressroom.sg with a snapshot of the defective item & provide us with your order number along with the defective problem and we will guide you on the exchange process.
The defect will have to be reported within 14 days from date of dispatch of parcel. All items will not be exchanged after 14 days. Refund will only be offered and issued on a case-by-case basis. The returned item has to be in its original condition and packaging. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving parcel from customer.
Upon receiving the defected item, we will mail out the same item (subject to availability). If item is out of stock, customer can choose to change to any other item of the same value or top up if an item of a higher value is chosen. Alternatively, customer can also opt for a refund in the form of shop credits.
We do not allow any exchange/refund:
1) If the size does not fit as the measurements are clearly stated on our website.
2) Minor flaws such as loose threads, scratches, or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight mis-alignment of seams and 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels/product will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
3) Colours shown on screen may have slight difference due to individual device's resolution. Requests for exchange/refund due to such reason will be rejected.
4) Fabric materials are best described to our knowledge. Unless the description of the fabric differs a lot, a full refund will not be acknowledged.
Important note: Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the tag from our apparel/product is removed.
Wrong Item Sent to Customer
We will send the right item to you, subject to availability. If item is out of stock, customer can choose to change to any other item of the same value or top up if an item of a higher value is chosen. Alternatively, customer can also opt for a refund in the form of shop credits upon receiving the returned item in its original condition and packaging. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving parcel from customer. Refund will be in the form of shop credits.

Intimate Items are strictly non-refundable.
Sale or Promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
